Returns
Nutricely allows product returns only under the following conditions:
You may request a return if:
The product received is damaged or defective
The wrong product has been delivered
The product quality is not as described on the website
The package is tampered with or opened before delivery
Return requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product.
To be eligible for a return:
The product must be unused
It should be in its original packaging

Certain items such as opened food products or perishable goods may not be eligible for returns due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Refunds
Once your return request is received and approved, Nutricely will initiate the refund process.
Refunds will be processed:
After inspection and verification of the returned product
Through the original payment method used during purchase
Within 10–14 working days
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to Nutricely’s error.
If you paid via Cash on Delivery, refund will be issued to your bank account or wallet as per the details shared by you.
Cancellation Refunds
If you cancel your order before it is shipped, you are eligible for a full refund.
If cancellation is requested after shipping, refund will be processed only after successful return of the product.
